Decagon System Loggers.

There are three Dataloggers in the Decagon range. Firstly, the Em5b is a 5 channel self contained weather resistant data logger with a storage capacity of 3400 scans, designed for people wanting to make soil measurements on a tight budget. Next comes the larger Em50 with 5 sensor ports, 36000 scan storage capacity and a dedicated computer comms port. Finally there's the radio enabled Em50R that connects wirelessly to your computer via a base station.

Decagon Sensors

Decagon produces a wide range of sensors that measure volumetric water content from dry to saturation, electrical conductivity and temperature . Probes are rugged and low cost and can be placed at different depths, locations and orientations. Data is retrieved by direct connection or simple RF telemetry and the internet. Decagon are widely regarded as world leaders in the application of science and technology to more efficient use of water in food production.

Decagon Software
The ECH2O System has 3 options for working with your hardware and collected data.

1. ECH2O Utility. Software for your PC that allows you to connect to and configure your ECH2O loggers.
2. ECH2O DataTrac. System software designed to help you organize and visualise measurement data.
3. ECH2O Utility Mobile. For use with handheld PDA computers such as the HP iPAQ.
This software will configure your logger, download data and make real time sensor measurements.
